The product is designed for applications that require manual rotation or precise positioning, making it ideal for workstations where quick and easy handling of items is essential. It is particularly useful when more than two conveyor lines converge, allowing for efficient transfer of packages from one line to another. The system is compatible with 1.9" diameter roller conveyors and features 1" diameter stud mount ball casters, set within a robust 1-1/2"W x 3-1/2"H x 10 gauge galvanized steel frame. Each ball caster has a capacity of 65 lbs. To determine the appropriate ball table size, the overall width can be calculated by adding the between-frame width and two 1-1/2" frame sides. The necessary table capacity should also be considered when placing an order, as closer centers will accommodate smaller package sizes.
