The manual rotation and positioning kit is designed for workstations that require quick and easy handling of products, especially when more than two conveyor lines converge and packages need to be transferred between lines. It is compatible with 1.9" diameter roller conveyors and features 1" diameter stud mount ball casters, which are mounted in a 1-1/2"W x 3-1/2"H x 10 gauge galvanized steel frame, providing a capacity of 65 lb. per ball. To order, determine the required ball table size by adding the between frame width and two 1-1/2" frame sides for overall width, assess the necessary capacity of the table, and note that a smaller package size can be accommodated with closer centers.
