The Ball Table is designed for applications that require manual rotation or precise positioning of products, making it ideal for workstations that facilitate quick and easy handling. It is also suitable for scenarios where more than two conveyor lines converge, allowing for efficient package transfer. This system is compatible with 1.9" diameter roller conveyors and features 1" diameter stud mount ball casters integrated into a sturdy 1-1/2"W x 3-1/2"H x 10 gauge galvanized steel frame, which offers a capacity of 65 lb. per ball. To order, determine the required ball table size by calculating the overall width, which is the sum of the between frame width and two 1-1/2" frame sides. Assess the necessary table capacity for your application, noting that the closer the centers of the casters, the smaller the package size that can be accommodated.
