Chase Doors extra heavy duty industrial rated impact traffic door is designed for years of reliable service in challenging environments, including motorized forklift traffic, refrigerated applications, and USDA washdown settings. This NSF certified door features a panel constructed from 1/4" thick rotationally molded cross-linked polyethylene outer shell with a foamed-in-place non-CFC urethane foam core, resulting in a corrosion-resistant structure suitable for washdown applications, as it has no gaps or joint seams. The overall panel thickness is 1-7/8", while the leading and back edges are reinforced with tubular steel. Each door panel includes 42"H black bumpers on both sides and a 20-1/2"W x 22-1/2"H window for excellent visibility. The double-acting V-Cam hinging system operates smoothly and requires minimal maintenance due to its permanently lubricated needle bearing roller assembly.
