Chase Doors Extra Heavy Duty Industrial Rated Impact Traffic Door is designed for durability and reliability in demanding environments, such as those with motorized forklift traffic and refrigerated applications, as well as USDA and washdown settings. This NSF certified door features a 1/4" thick rotationally molded cross-linked polyethylene outer shell, a foamed-in-place non-CFC urethane foam core, and an overall panel thickness of 1-7/8". The door's corrosion-resistant properties ensure it is suitable for washdown applications, as it is constructed without gaps or joint seams. Internally reinforced with tubular steel along the leading and back edges, each panel includes 42"H black bumpers on both sides and a 20-1/2"W x 22-1/2"H window for enhanced visibility. The double-acting V-Cam hinging system operates smoothly and requires minimal maintenance, featuring a permanently lubricated needle bearing roller assembly. Additional sizes and colors are available upon request, and please note that the frame is not included but can be obtained separately.
