The Chase Doors Extra Heavy Duty Industrial Rated Impact Traffic Door is designed for years of reliable service in demanding environments, including motorized forklift traffic, refrigerated applications, and USDA and washdown settings. This NSF certified door panel features a 1/4" thick rotationally molded cross-linked polyethylene outer shell and a foamed-in-place non-CFC urethane foam core, providing a corrosion-resistant construction ideal for washdown applications with no gaps or joint seams. The overall panel thickness measures 1-7/8", and both the leading and back edges of the door are internally reinforced with tubular steel for added durability. Each door panel is equipped with 42"H black bumpers on both sides and a 20-1/2"W x 22-1/2"H window for enhanced visibility. The double-acting V-cam hinging system operates smoothly and requires virtually no maintenance, thanks to its permanently lubricated needle bearing roller assembly. Additional colors and sizes are available upon request, and while the frame is not included, it can be obtained separately with further inquiry.
