Chase Doors extra heavy duty industrial rated impact traffic door is designed for years of reliable service, catering to the daily demands of motorized forklift traffic, refrigerated applications, and USDA washdown environments. This NSF certified door panel features a robust construction with a 1/4" thick rotationally molded cross-linked polyethylene outer shell and a foamed-in-place non-CFC urethane foam core, resulting in a corrosion resistant design suitable for washdown applications with no gaps or joint seams. The overall panel thickness is 1-7/8", and the leading and back edge of the door is internally reinforced with tubular steel for enhanced durability. Each door panel includes 42"H black bumpers on both sides and a window measuring 20-1/2"W x 22-1/2"H for improved visibility. It incorporates a double-acting V-cam hinging system that operates smoothly and is virtually maintenance free, thanks to its permanently lubricated needle bearing roller assembly.
