Bluff® Heavy Duty Aluminum Wheel Riser is designed to eliminate unsafe, below dock loading conditions, allowing trailers to be positioned properly above the dock for more efficient loading and reduced damage to loading equipment. The wheel risers feature cutouts for easy lifting by hand and are engineered to carry 30,000 lbs. when used in pairs. Constructed from rugged, corrosion-resistant aluminum, the wheel ramp includes a non-skid tread surface for enhanced safety. The design facilitates compliance with OSHA requirements regarding a 10% maximum grade for ascending or descending loaded forklifts. Each riser has a capacity of 15,000 lbs., and they are sold individually. For optimal performance, the 24" wide wheel risers are recommended for dual wheels on semi-trailers, which are 18" wide, while a 30" level L" is suggested for single axle applications.
