The Bluff® heavy duty aluminum wheel riser is designed to eliminate unsafe, below dock loading conditions by allowing trailers to be positioned properly above the dock for more efficient loading and reduced damage to loading equipment. Each wheel riser features cutouts for easy lifting by hand and is engineered to carry up to 30,000 lbs. when used in pairs, with a rugged aluminum construction that is corrosion resistant. The non-skid tread surface enhances safety during operation. These risers facilitate compliance with OSHA requirements, supporting a 10% maximum grade for ascending or descending loaded forklifts. Sold individually, each riser has a 15,000 lb. capacity, making them ideal when paired. For optimal use with dual wheels on semi-trailers, the 24" wide wheel risers are recommended, while a 30" level L" is suggested for single axle applications.
