The Bluff® Heavy Duty Aluminum Wheel Riser is designed to eliminate unsafe, below dock loading conditions, allowing trailers to be positioned above the dock for more efficient loading and reduced damage to loading equipment. Each wheel ramp features cutouts for easy manual lifting and is engineered to support a capacity of 30,000 lbs. when used in pairs, with a 15,000 lb. capacity per individual riser. Constructed from rugged, corrosion-resistant aluminum, the ramp includes a non-skid tread surface to enhance safety. The risers facilitate compliance with OSHA requirements, accommodating a maximum grade of 10% for ascending or descending loaded forklifts. The product is sold individually, and it is recommended to use a 30" level L for single axle applications.
