The Bluff® Premium Steel Wheel Riser is designed to reduce damage to dock loading equipment and provides an economical solution for leveling docks that are consistently too high for trucks. These ramps help ensure compliance with OSHA requirements for a maximum grade of 10% for ascending or descending loaded forklifts. Each wheel riser features four tabs with 9/16" diameter holes for permanent anchoring, and its durable welded steel construction includes a treadplate non-skid safety traction surface. The risers are sold individually and can support a capacity of 20,000 lbs. per riser (40,000 lbs. per pair). For optimal performance with dual wheels on semi-trailers, which are 18" wide, the 24" wide wheel risers are recommended. Additionally, it is advised to use an 84" level L for tandem axle applications.
