The Bluff® premium steel wheel riser is designed to reduce damage to dock loading equipment while providing an economical solution for leveling docks that are consistently too high for trucks. The ramps facilitate compliance with OSHA requirements for a 10% maximum grade of ascending or descending loaded forklifts. Each wheel riser features 4 tabs with 9/16" diameter holes for permanent anchoring and is constructed from durable welded steel. The ramps also include a treadplate non-skid safety traction surface. Risers are sold individually and have a capacity of 20,000 lbs. per riser, or 40,000 lbs. per pair. It is important to note that dual wheels on semi-trailers are 18" wide, making the 24" wide wheel risers the optimal choice for this application. Additionally, for tandem axle applications, the use of an 84" level L" is recommended.
