The Series 90 self-dumping hopper features a full 90° dump angle for complete discharge, making it ideal for handling wet and viscous materials. It is designed for easy operation, allowing the operator to simply pull the dump cable to release the spring-loaded latch for a full 90° tilt, and the hopper automatically returns to its upright position when lowered to the ground. Constructed with fully welded seams, the hopper is watertight to prevent leakage, while the 1-" formed top lips enhance rigidity and eliminate sharp edges. Additionally, a positive locking mechanism ensures safe operation by preventing accidental dumping, and a safety chain secures the hopper to the forklift. The hopper includes extra-deep fork openings for easy forklift entry and is finished with a durable enamel coating, shipping fully assembled. Note that OSHA requires contacting the manufacturer of your fork truck for written approval for the use of any fork truck attachments.
