The Series 90 self-dumping hopper features a full 90° dump angle for 100% discharge, making it ideal for wet, viscous materials as it ensures complete dumping of contents. The operator can easily release the spring-loaded latch by pulling the dump cable, allowing for a full tilt. Once emptied, the hopper automatically returns to an upright position when lowered to the ground. This fully welded hopper is watertight to prevent leakage, and its 1-inch formed top lips enhance rigidity while eliminating sharp edges. It includes a positive locking mechanism to prevent accidental dumping, and a safety chain secures the hopper to the forklift for added security. The extra-deep fork openings facilitate easy forklift entry. The hopper is finished with a durable enamel coating and is shipped fully assembled. Note that OSHA mandates contacting the manufacturer of the forklift for written approval before using any fork truck attachments.
