The JTM-1 and JTM-2 models feature a three-stage power down feed with auto stop, high precision class 7 spindle bearings, and the stability of Meehanite castings, providing reliable performance for your machining needs. Key features include a precision bored and honed milling head, a large diameter chromed quill, a heavy-duty spindle motor drive, an internally cooled spindle head to prevent seizing, satin chrome finished dials, a one-piece quill pinion and shaft, and a heavy-duty spindle brake. The machine also incorporates precision hardened and ground ways with adjustable gibs throughout, an internal coolant tank built into the base (note: coolant pump not included), a one-shot lubrication system, way covers, a draw bar, and a toolbox with tools.
