The JTM-1 and 2 models include a three-stage power down feed with auto stop, high precision class 7 spindle bearings, and the rugged stability of Meehanite castings, ensuring high performance and durability. Notable features comprise an internally cooled spindle head to prevent seizing, a precision bored and honed milling head, a large diameter chromed quill, and satin chrome finished dials. The machines are equipped with a heavy-duty spindle motor drive, a one-piece quill pinion and shaft, and a heavy-duty spindle brake.
