The JTM-1 and JTM-2 models feature a three-stage power down feed with auto stop, ensuring high precision with class 7 spindle bearings and the rugged stability of Meehanite castings. The internally cooled spindle head prevents seizing, while Jet precision engineering guarantees superior results. Key features include a precision bored and honed milling head, a large diameter chromed quill, satin chrome finished dials, a heavy-duty spindle motor drive, a one-piece quill pinion and shaft, a heavy-duty spindle brake, and precision hardened and ground ways. The machines also come with a precision ground table, adjustable gibs throughout, an internal coolant tank built into the base for use with a coolant system (coolant pump not included), a tolerance test sheet, a one-shot lubrication system, way covers, a draw bar, and a toolbox with tools.
