Constructed using the Meehanite casting process, JET variable speed milling machines provide consistent and reliable operation. The machines feature precision bored and honed milling heads which ensure quality cuts, and a three-stage power downfeed with automatic stop for ease of use. Available in single or three phase power configurations, the JET JTM-4VS Series mills are equipped with a large diameter quill that is chromed, high precision class 7 spindle bearings, a heavy-duty spindle motor drive, a one piece quill pinion and shaft, and a heavy-duty spindle brake. The chrome plated motor shaft includes lower bearing support, and the ways and table are precision hardened and ground. Standard equipment includes locks on all movable surfaces, a one shot lubrication system, way covers, a draw bar, and a toolbox with tools. These mills are backed by a two-year full service and parts warranty.
