The JTM-1 and JTM-2 models feature a three-stage power down feed with auto stop, ensuring precise operation. Constructed with rugged Meehanite castings, these models are equipped with high precision class 7 spindle bearings and a precision bored and honed milling head, delivering exceptional stability and accuracy. The large diameter quill, which is chromed, along with the internally cooled spindle head, prevents seizing during use. Additional attributes include satin chrome finished dials, a heavy-duty spindle motor drive, and a one-piece quill pinion and shaft. The machines also incorporate a heavy-duty spindle brake, precision hardened and ground ways, and a precision ground table with adjustable gibs throughout. An internal coolant tank is built into the base for a coolant system (coolant pump not included), and a tolerance test sheet is included for quality assurance. Other features include a one-shot lubrication system, way covers, a draw bar, and a toolbox with tools. These models are backed by an industry-leading two-year warranty.
