The Sunex® 1/2 ton telescopic transmission jack, model 7793B, features a universal saddle and a foot-activated design, making it ideal for the removal, installation, and transportation of transmissions and transfer cases on vehicles supported by lifts. It includes a foot-activated pump pedal for hands-free raising, while the lowered telescopic rams allow for transferring the transmission from the jack to a work table, reaching a maximum height of 74 inches. The jack is equipped with a foot-activated release pedal that enables slow controlled lowering of the load, and its universal saddle with four ratcheting arms quickly adjusts to fit various transmission pan configurations. A nylon strap tie down secures the load to the saddle, and an overload valve prevents the jack from exceeding its rated capacity. The wide base legs with swivel casters and polyurethane tread wheels ensure stability and maneuverability even under load, while two caster wheels feature a locking mechanism to keep the jack stationary. Additionally, the foot pedal release allows for normal speed lowering, complemented by another release that offers very slow controlled lowering.
