The Sunex® 3.5 ton service jack, model 66037, features a quick lift system and a rapid rise hydraulic power unit designed for continuous, dependable performance in automotive service and repair shops. The jack includes dual pump pistons that elevate the lift arm to maximum height in just six full incremental pump strokes. Its robust chassis is constructed with upper and lower frame flanges to withstand twisting, while wide front wheels and ball bearing mounted rear caster wheels ensure stability and easy maneuverability. The angular positioned pump pistons are optimized for an effective pump stroke when the jack is positioned beneath a vehicle. Additionally, pump piston dust shields and wiper seals prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic system, and overload and bypass safety valves safeguard against exceeding the jack's rated capacity and ram overextension.
