Aquabar "B" floor and tile underlayment is an extremely effective moisture vapor retarder designed for a variety of interior construction applications. The product consists of two layers of Kraft paper laminated with asphalt, forming a non-reinforced 30/30/30 duplex type grade "B" paper. This underlayment comes in a 500 sq. ft. roll measuring 3 ft. x 167 ft., making it an ideal choice for both wood flooring and tile installations. By effectively blocking moisture vapor from penetrating underneath finish materials or reaching moisture-sensitive substrates, Aquabar "B" helps enhance the useful life and appearance of finish surfaces, serving as an inexpensive means to mitigate moisture-related issues.
