The Technics and Super Technics Cold Saw - Manual, renowned for its quality under the Dake name, features a head that rotates 45° right and left of center for mitering, an adjustable hinged pivot, and a dependable oversized spindle and gear assembly with a steel spindle and bronze gear. It includes additional ball bearing support of a hardened and ground spindle shaft to prevent failure, along with a bronze gear that has tapered roller bearing support. The cam-activated vise includes gib adjustment and an anti-burr arm (except 250). The reliable mechanical coolant pump provides flow control adjustment, while the 315 and 350 models are equipped with 24V at controls, e-stop, low voltage protection, and thermal overload protection. The 350 model also features an adjustable clutch for more efficient operation, three speeds for greater cutting versatility, and the ability to rotate to 90° for slot cutting operations. The kit includes a blade, a gallon of coolant, a pedestal base, an adjustable positive stop, and a tool kit.
