The Dake 974315 Super Cut 315 is a 12-1/2" manual cold saw operating at 220V-3 PH, known for its reliable performance in metal cutting applications. This cold saw features a head that rotates 45 degrees to the right and left of center for mitering, an adjustable hinged pivot, and a dependable oversized spindle and gear assembly made from steel and bronze. It includes additional ball bearing support for the hardened and ground spindle shaft, which helps to prevent failure, and a bronze gear with tapered roller bearing support. The cam-activated vise is equipped with gib adjustment and an anti-burr arm (except for model 250), while a mechanical coolant pump with flow control adjustment ensures efficient cooling during operation. The 315 and 350 models come with 24V at controls, an emergency stop (E-stop), low voltage protection, and thermal overload protection. The 350 model further includes an adjustable clutch for enhanced efficiency, three speeds for greater cutting versatility, and the capability to rotate to 90 degrees for slot cutting operations.
