Dake's semi-automatic down feed dual mitering horizontal bandsaw is designed for versatility and ease of use, featuring a beltless direct drive DC motor with a gear reducer that eliminates the need for belts and pulleys, ensuring high torque performance. The variable speed dial allows adjustments from 65 to 250 FPM on the fly, and a digital tachometer provides real-time speed monitoring. The head of the bandsaw swivels smoothly on bearings to allow for accurate angle cuts to the left or right, with stock remaining in a fixed position during all cuts. It includes a built-in mitering gauge for quick and precise angle selection and allows for a seamless conversion from horizontal to vertical operation. The bandsaw is portable, equipped with four casters for easy mobility, and features a conveniently located push button control panel that includes an auxiliary 110V outlet, an on/off switch, and a motor overload protection indicator. It also has a blade tensioner with an indicator, an 8" x 10" rectangular cutting capacity, and a 10" round cutting capacity at 90 degrees.
