The Universal Wiring Kit for GVD Series is an 8ft kit that includes specific MFG adaptors, replacing the FC-6. This kit allows for natural draft during appliance operation while preventing heat and conditioned air from escaping during off cycles, effectively preventing the infiltration of cold air during down drafts. It features dual safety switches that enable the burner to fire only when the damper is in the open position. The keyed wiring harness plug is designed to install only one way, which prevents incorrect wiring connections. Constructed from stainless steel, the kit is normally closed and is proudly made in the USA.
