The Vollrath Cayenne 14" flat top electric griddle, model 40715, operates at 15 amps and 1800 watts, designed for efficient cooking with superior element technology that ensures even heating across the entire cooking surface. It boasts fast startup and recovery times, along with a heavy-duty polished cooking surface that provides high heat retention. The griddle plate is fully welded to the base, accompanied by 2 1/2" back and sloped side splashes to enhance safety and cleanup. Knob guards are included to protect against accidental adjustments or damage, and an internally-mounted grease collection pan promotes a cleaner appearance and easier maintenance. This 120V, 14" unit is ideally sized for buffet, brunch, or catering applications, while the 36" model (40717) features independent controls for each 12" heating zone, allowing for multiple cooking stations within one unit.
