The Vollrath Cayenne 36" flat top electric griddle operates at 220V and features a superior element design that ensures even heating across the entire cooking surface. It boasts fast startup and recovery times, along with a heavy-duty polished cooking surface for high heat retention. The 1/2" griddle plate is fully welded to the base, complemented by 2-1/2" back and sloped side splashes. Knob guards are included to protect against accidental changes or damage, while an internally-mounted grease collection pan enhances cleanliness and simplifies maintenance. The griddle offers independent controls for each 12" heating zone, allowing for multiple cooking stations in one unit. The cooking surface depth measures 16 1/2". All units are shipped with the cord and plug installed and are thermally controlled, reaching a maximum temperature of 570°F. This product is NSF certified and operates on a single phase.
