The griddle kit includes features such as 27,000 BTUs per 12" section powered by U-shaped steel burners and a 36" W x 24" D griddle plate. It boasts a fully welded stainless and aluminized steel chassis frame with one drawer, complemented by mechanical snap-action thermostatic controls. The griddle plate is made of 1" thick polished steel, providing durability and cooking efficiency. For safety, the unit incorporates one supervised pilot safety valve for every two burners, ensuring that gas is completely shut off to both pilot and burners in the event of pilot extinguishment or gas supply interruption. The heavy-duty flat top design allows for versatile cooking from breakfast to dinner, while a cool bullnose design ensures the grill front rail remains cool to the touch. It features an 11" low profile cooking height supported by 4" adjustable legs, and includes a large 6-quart stainless steel grease drawer, with additional drawers on the 60" and 72" models.
