The 4C horizontal mailbox is a U.S.P.S. approved product designed for maximum height (56 3/4") configurations, featuring double units that accommodate 20 mailbox compartments and 2 parcel lockers. It is constructed from heavy-duty aluminum with stainless steel hardware and is available in various powder-coated finishes, including aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone. This mailbox is ideal for use in apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments, making it a requirement for new constructions and major remodels. Per U.S.P.S. standard 4C, it includes a minimum of one parcel locker for every 10 tenant compartments, and options for both indoor and outdoor use. Each door features a heavy-duty cam lock with a dust/rain shield and comes with three keys. The mailbox sizes include MB1 doors measuring 13-1/4" W x 3-1/4" H, MB2 doors at 13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H, MB3 doors at 13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H, and MB4 doors at 13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H. Configurable in single column (1 door wide) or double column (2 doors wide), the mailbox offers ADA-compliant units and options for fully integrated stand-alone parcel lockers available in five MB1 door heights (PL5 - 17-1/4" high) and six MB1 door heights (PL6 - 20-3/4" high). The outgoing mail compartment is equivalent to two standard doors (3-1/4" high) and is labeled "Outgoing mail," featuring a U.S.P.S. master lock access door, a 10-3/4" W x 3/4" H mail slot with a weather protection hood, and includes factory-installed 3/4" W x 1/4" D trim along with a solid rear cover.
