The 4C horizontal mailbox is a double unit designed for front access, featuring a parcel box with 4 parcel lockers, and is available in a bronze finish. This mailbox meets U.S.P.S. standards, specifically USPS-STD-4C specifications, making it ideal for use in apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments. It is required for new constructions and major remodels, with U.S.P.S. standards mandating a minimum of one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments. Constructed from heavy-duty aluminum and stainless steel hardware, it has a durable powder-coated finish available in aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone. Each door includes a heavy-duty cam lock with a dust/rain shield and comes with three keys. The mailbox door sizes are as follows: MB1 doors measure 13-1/4" W x 3-1/4" H, MB2 doors measure 13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H, MB3 doors measure 13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H, and MB4 doors measure 13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H. Units are available in configurations ranging from single column (1 door wide) to double column (2 doors wide), and ADA compliant models are provided. Fully integrated and stand-alone parcel lockers can be selected in heights of 17-1/4" (PL5) and 20-3/4" (PL6) with various MB1 door heights. Additionally, there is an outgoing mail compartment equivalent to two standard 3-1/4" high doors, which is labeled "Outgoing Mail" and features a U.S.P.S. master lock access door installed by the U.S.P.S. This compartment also includes a 10-3/4" W x 3/4" H mail slot with a weather protection hood and comes with factory-installed 3/4" W x 1/4" D trim as well as a solid rear cover.
