The 4C horizontal mailbox is an aluminum, USPS-approved unit designed for front-loading applications with 11 doors (41" in height), featuring double configurations that include 10 mailbox compartments and 2 parcel lockers. It is manufactured to USPS-STD-4C specifications, making it ideal for apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments, particularly for new construction and major remodels. The design includes one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments, complying with USPS standards. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, the mailbox is constructed from heavy-duty aluminum with stainless steel hardware, and is finished with a durable powder coating available in aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone. Each door is equipped with a heavy-duty cam lock featuring a dust/rain shield and comes with three keys. The mailbox compartments are available in various sizes: MB1 doors measuring 13-1/4'' W x 3-1/4'' H, MB2 doors at 13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H, MB3 doors at 13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H, and MB4 doors at 13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H. Configurations range from single column (1 door wide) to double column (2 doors wide), with options for ADA compliance. Fully integrated and stand-alone parcel lockers are offered in five MB1 door heights (PL5 - 17-1/4" high) and six MB1 door heights (PL6 - 20-3/4" high). The outgoing mail collection compartment, equivalent to two 3-1/4'' high standard doors, features a U.S.P.S. master lock access door (installed by the U.S.P.S.), cannot be used for mail distribution, and includes a mail slot measuring 10-3/4" W x 3/4" H with a weather protection hood.
