The 4C horizontal mailbox is designed to meet the requirements of USPS-STD-4C specifications and is U.S.P.S. approved, making it ideal for apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments. This model features an 11 door height (41") with a double configuration and consists of 20 mailbox doors for front loading. The construction utilizes heavy-duty aluminum and stainless steel hardware, and it is finished with a durable powder coating available in aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone. Each door is equipped with a heavy-duty cam lock that includes a dust/rain shield and comes with 3 keys. The mailbox doors come in various sizes, with MB1 doors measuring 13-1/4" W x 3-1/4" H, MB2 doors at 13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H, MB3 doors at 13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H, and MB4 doors at 13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H. The mailbox is available in configurations that range from one door wide (single column) to two doors wide (double column) and offers options for 1 to 15 MB1 equivalent door high units, including ADA compliant units. Fully integrated parcel lockers are also available with 5 MB1 door heights (PL5 - 17-1/4" high) and 6 MB1 door heights (PL6 - 20-3/4" high). Additionally, there is a compartment designated for outgoing mail collection, labeled "Outgoing Mail," which includes a U.S.P.S. master lock access door and cannot be used for mail distribution. This compartment features a 10-3/4" W x 3/4" H mail slot with a weather protection hood. The mailbox kit includes factory-installed 3/4" W x 1/4" D trim and a solid rear cover, ensuring durability and functionality.
