The 4C horizontal mailbox system features a 6-door configuration with a height of 23 1/2 inches and includes a total of 9 mailbox doors designed for front loading. Manufactured from heavy-duty aluminum and stainless steel hardware, this mailbox is U.S.P.S. approved and built to meet USPS-STD-4C specifications, making it an ideal choice for apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments. Compliant with U.S.P.S. standards, the system requires at least one parcel locker for every 10 tenant compartments and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The durable powder-coated finish is available in aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone colors. Each door is equipped with a heavy-duty cam lock featuring a dust/rain shield and comes with 3 keys. Mailbox door dimensions include MB1 doors at 13-1/4" W x 3-1/4" H, MB2 doors at 13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H, MB3 doors at 13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H, and MB4 doors at 13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H. The system is offered in configurations ranging from three MB1 equivalent door high units to fifteen MB1 equivalent door high units, including ADA compliant options. It comes in single column (1 door wide) and double column (2 doors wide) configurations. Additionally, fully integrated and stand-alone parcel lockers are available in 5 MB1 door heights (PL5 - 17-1/4" high) and 6 MB1 door heights (PL6 - 20-3/4" high). An outgoing mail compartment, which has a capacity equivalent to two standard 3-1/4'' high doors, is labeled "Outgoing Mail" and features a U.S.P.S. master lock access door installed by the U.S.P.S.; this compartment cannot be used for mail distribution. The outgoing mail compartment also includes a 10-3/4" W x 3/4" H mail slot with a weather protection hood and comes with a factory-installed 3/4" W x 1/4" D trim and a solid rear cover.
