The 4C Horizontal Mailbox is a double unit featuring 9 mailbox doors and is designed for front load use, constructed from heavy-duty aluminum with stainless steel hardware. This U.S.P.S. approved mailbox measures 23 1/2" H and is ideal for apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments. Compliant with USPS-STD-4C specifications, it requires a minimum of 1 parcel locker for every 10 tenant compartments and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The durable powder-coated finish is available in aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone. Each door is equipped with a heavy-duty cam lock, complete with a dust/rain shield and three keys. The unit offers various mailbox sizes, including MB1 doors measuring 13-1/4" W x 3-1/4" H, MB2 doors at 13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H, MB3 doors at 13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H, and MB4 doors at 13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H. Configurations are available in single column (1 door wide) and double column (2 doors wide) format, with ADA compliant units offered as well. Fully integrated parcel lockers come in designs of 5 MB1 door heights (PL5 - 17-1/4" high) and 6 MB1 door heights (PL6 - 20-3/4" high). An outgoing mail compartment, equivalent to two standard doors, is included for outgoing mail collection and is labeled "Outgoing Mail." This compartment features a U.S.P.S. master lock access door and a mail slot measuring 10-3/4" W x 3/4" H, along with a weather protection hood. The mailbox kit also includes factory-installed 3/4" W x 1/4" D trim and a solid rear cover.
