The 4C horizontal mailbox is a single unit featuring 10 doors with a height of 37 1/2 inches, designed for front-loading applications, with four mailboxes and one parcel locker. It is constructed from heavy-duty aluminum and stainless steel hardware, adhering to USPS-STD-4C specifications, making it U.S.P.S. approved, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. This mailbox is ideal for apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments, and is required for new construction and major remodels, meeting the U.S.P.S. standard of one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments. The durable powder-coated finish is available in aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone, and the doors are equipped with a heavy-duty cam lock featuring a dust/rain shield and three keys. Mailbox sizes include MB1 doors measuring 13-1/4" W x 3-1/4" H, MB2 doors at 13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H, MB3 doors at 13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H, and MB4 doors at 13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H. The unit offers configurations from one door wide (single column) to two doors wide (double column) and comes in various MB1 equivalent door heights, including popular maximum high units of 56-3/4" H. ADA compliant units are also available. Additionally, fully integrated stand-alone parcel lockers are offered in 5 MB1 door heights (PL5 - 17-1/4" high) and 6 MB1 door heights (PL6 - 20-3/4" high). The outgoing mail compartment, labeled "Outgoing Mail," is equivalent to two 3-1/4" high standard doors and includes a U.S.P.S. master lock access door, a 10-3/4" W x 3/4" H mail slot, and a weather protection hood. The mailbox includes factory installed 3/4" W x 1/4" D trim and a solid rear cover.
