The 4C Horizontal Mailbox features 11 doors measuring 41 inches in height and includes 9 mailbox doors, designed for front-loading and constructed in bronze, compliant with USPS standards. This mailbox is U.S.P.S. approved and manufactured to USPS-STD-4C specifications, making it ideal for use in apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments, particularly for new construction and major remodels. It is required to have a minimum of one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Constructed of heavy-duty aluminum with stainless steel hardware, it features a durable powder-coated finish available in aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone. Each door is equipped with a heavy-duty cam lock with a dust/rain shield and includes three keys. The mailbox door sizes vary, with MB1 doors measuring 13-1/4" W x 3-1/4" H, MB2 doors at 13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H, MB3 doors at 13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H, and MB4 doors at 13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H. Configurations are available in 1-door wide (single column) and 2-door wide (double column) options, with units available from three to fifteen MB1 equivalent door heights, including popular maximum high units at 56-3/4" H. ADA compliant units are also offered. Additionally, fully integrated and stand-alone parcel lockers can be included in either 5 MB1 door heights (PL5 - 17-1/4" high) or 6 MB1 door heights (PL6 - 20-3/4" high). An outgoing mail compartment, labeled "Outgoing Mail," is equivalent to two standard doors and includes U.S.P.S. master lock access (lock installed by U.S.P.S.), along with a 10-3/4" W x 3/4" H mail slot and weather protection hood. The unit also comes with factory-installed 3/4" W x 1/4" D trim and a solid rear cover.
