The 4C horizontal mailbox features an 11 door height (41"), single configuration with 4 mailbox doors and 1 parcel locker door, designed for front loading and presented in a bronze finish. This mailbox is U.S.P.S. approved and manufactured by Industries to comply with USPS-STD-4C specifications, making it suitable for use in apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments. It is required for new construction and major remodels, with the U.S.P.S. standard mandating a minimum of one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments. The unit can be used indoors or outdoors, crafted from heavy-duty aluminum and stainless steel hardware, and boasts a durable powder-coated finish available in aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone. Each door is equipped with a heavy-duty cam lock featuring a dust/rain shield and comes with three keys. The mailbox sizes include MB1 doors (13-1/4" W x 3-1/4" H), MB2 doors (13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H), MB3 doors (13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H), and MB4 doors (13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H). It offers options from three MB1 equivalent door high units up to fifteen MB1 equivalent door high units, with popular maximum configurations available at 56-3/4" high. ADA compliant units are also available, as well as configurations that are single column (1 door wide) and double column (2 doors wide). Fully integrated and stand-alone parcel lockers are offered in five MB1 door heights (PL5 - 17-1/4" high) and six MB1 door heights (PL6 - 20-3/4" high). Additionally, a compartment equivalent to two 3-1/4" high standard doors is designated for outgoing mail collection, labeled "Outgoing Mail," and includes the U.S.P.S. master lock access door (which is installed by the U.S.P.S.) with a mail slot measuring 10-3/4" W x 3/4" H and a weather protection hood. The mailbox includes a factory-installed 3/4" W x 1/4" D trim and a solid rear cover.
