The 4C horizontal mailbox is designed for front loading with a maximum height of 56 3/4 inches, featuring a single configuration that consists of 9 mailbox doors and 1 parcel locker. It is U.S.P.S. approved and manufactured to adhere to USPS-STD-4C specifications, making it ideal for apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments. This mailbox is required for new construction and major remodels and must include a minimum of 1 parcel locker for every 10 tenant compartments per U.S.P.S. standards. Constructed from heavy-duty aluminum with stainless steel hardware, the mailbox showcases a durable powder-coated finish available in aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone. Each door is equipped with a heavy-duty cam lock that includes a dust/rain shield and comes with 3 keys. Mailbox sizes consist of MB1 doors measuring 13-1/4" W x 3-1/4" H, MB2 doors at 13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H, MB3 doors at 13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H, and MB4 doors at 13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H. The mailbox is available in configurations from one door wide (single column) to two doors wide (double column) and offers options for ADA compliant units. Fully integrated and stand-alone parcel lockers are provided in two sizes: PL5 at 17-1/4" high and PL6 at 20-3/4" high, with a designated outgoing mail compartment that is labeled as such and includes the U.S.P.S. master lock access door, which is installed by the U.S.P.S. This compartment cannot be used for mail distribution and provides a mail slot measuring 10-3/4" W x 3/4" H along with a weather protection hood. The mailbox also includes factory-installed trim measuring 3/4" W x 1/4" D and a solid rear cover, ensuring both functionality and durability.
