The 4C horizontal mailbox features an 11-door height (41"), with a parcel box that includes 1 parcel locker and is designed for front-loading. This mailbox is U.S.P.S. approved and manufactured to USPS-STD-4C specifications, making it ideal for use in apartments, commercial buildings, and residential developments, particularly in new construction and major remodels. As per U.S.P.S. standards, it includes a minimum of one parcel locker for every ten tenant compartments and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. The mailbox is constructed of heavy-duty aluminum with stainless steel hardware and comes with a durable powder-coated finish available in aluminum, bronze, gold, and sandstone. Each door is equipped with a heavy-duty cam lock featuring a dust/rain shield and includes three keys. The mailbox accommodates various door sizes, including MB1 doors (13-1/4" W x 3-1/4" H), MB2 doors (13-1/4" W x 6-3/4" H), MB3 doors (13-1/4" W x 10-1/4" H), and MB4 doors (13-1/4" W x 13-3/4" H), with configurations ranging from three (3) to fifteen (15) MB1 equivalent door heights, including popular maximum heights of 56-3/4". ADA compliant units are available, with configurations for single and double columns. The design includes an outgoing mail collection compartment labeled "Outgoing Mail," which is equivalent to two standard 3-1/4" high doors.
