The Hoffman WS60HS3716SS, Watershed™ wall-mount enclosure is a Type 4X product measuring 60.00 x 37.00 x 16.00 inches, specifically designed for disconnect applications in sanitary washdown production environments, including food and beverage manufacturing. This enclosure is constructed from 14 gauge Type 304 stainless steel, featuring continuously welded and ground smooth seams. It includes smooth, lift-off bullet-style hinges that are shielded by door edges, allowing for direct flushing of the hinge area. The enclosure has a 20-degree sloped top and a 170-degree door opening, with sloped edges at both the top and bottom of the door. Additionally, there is a slanted flange trough collar along the top edge of the enclosure opening, stainless steel quarter-turn latches with a flush slotted insert, and a seamless foam-in-place gasket. The self-grounding latch system and bonding provision on the door, along with a grounding stud on the body, enhance safety. Panel studs are compatible with optional NEMA size panels, and the preferred cutout on the right flange allows for mounting most disconnect operators. Mounting holes in the back of the enclosure facilitate direct mounting or the use of an optional stand-off kit or external mounting brackets. The hardware kit provided includes panel mounting nuts, grounding hardware, and sealing washers for wall-mounting holes.
