The Advantage standard duty steel zinc plated wire rope thimble has a diameter of 1/4 inch and is designed for use in various rigging applications. The method of application involves turning back the specified amount of rope from the thimble, applying the first clip one base width from the dead end of the wire rope, and placing the next clip as near the logo as possible. After loosely turning on the nuts, additional clips should be spaced equally between the first two, followed by taking up rope slack and evenly tightening all nuts on all clips.
