The Advantage stainless steel wire rope clip is designed for 1/16" diameter wire rope applications. The method of application involves turning back a specified amount of rope from the thimble, applying the first clip one base width from the dead end of the wire rope, and placing the next clip as close to the loop as possible. Users should turn on the nuts without tightening them initially, then space additional clips equally between the first two. After taking up the rope slack, all nuts should be tightened evenly on all clips. Additional quantities of the clips can be ordered by phone for those needing a different quantity.
