The Advantage Malleable Steel Zinc Plated Wire Rope Clip is designed for securing 3/8" diameter wire ropes. The method of application involves turning back the specified amount of rope from the thimble, with the first clip applied one base width from the dead end of the wire rope. The second clip is positioned as close to the loop as feasible, followed by evenly spacing any additional clips between the first two. After taking up rope slack, all nuts on the clips should be tightened evenly. The package includes clips made from malleable steel with a zinc plating for corrosion resistance, ensuring durability and strength.
