The XL Series self-closing carbon steel extended safety gate is designed as a premier mid-rail safety solution, featuring an easy installation process that requires no cutting, welding, or drilling and can be completed in minutes using simple hand tools. It includes a custom-made stainless steel spring that automatically closes the gate after each passage, along with a unique stop mechanism providing a positive stop without contact with the handrail post. This gate is available in a variety of Fabencoat™ finishes, including galvanized and safety yellow powder-coated options. The assembly involves minimal effort with clamp-on installation, allowing for mounting on either the right-hand or left-hand side, and offers 22 inches of vertical coverage to fit openings ranging from 28 to 30.5 inches.
