The A Series Carbon Steel Self-Closing Double Bar Safety Gate is designed to provide excellent top rail and mid-rail protection. This gate is easy to install with no cutting, welding, or drilling required, allowing for quick installation in minutes using simple hand tools. It features a custom-made stainless steel spring that automatically closes the gate after each passage, and a unique positive stop mechanism that ensures a positive stop without making contact with the handrail post. The gate is available in a variety of Fabencoat™ finishes, including galvanized and safety yellow powder coated options. It requires minimal assembly with a clamp-on installation that can mount on either the right-hand or left-hand side. The gate provides 12 inches of vertical coverage and is compatible with openings of 22 to 24.5 inches.
