The A Series Carbon Steel Self-Closing Double Bar Safety Gate is designed to provide excellent top rail and mid-rail protection, featuring an easy installation process that requires no cutting, welding, or drilling. The gate can be installed in minutes using simple hand tools and includes a custom-made stainless steel spring that automatically closes the gate after each passage. It incorporates a unique stop mechanism for a positive stop that does not require handrail post contact. The gate is available in a variety of Fabencoat™ finishes, including galvanized and safety yellow powder coated options. The assembly is minimal with a clamp-on installation that can mount either right-hand or left-hand and offers 12" vertical coverage, fitting openings of 28-30.5".
