The Tripp Lite HDMI signal booster/extender cable measures 1 ft. and supports a maximum resolution of 1920 x 1200 (1080p) at 24Hz, enabling signal transmission over distances up to 150 ft. This extender is designed to enhance the distance for 1080p @ 24Hz or 1920 x 1200 signals beyond the recommended 16 ft. (5 m.). It accommodates computer video resolutions and HD resolutions, while the use of P568-series HDMI cables is recommended in most applications. When extending a 1080p @ 24Hz signal over 75 ft., 24AWG wiring, such as the P568-100-HD, is required, and lengths exceeding 100 ft. are available through custom orders. For extending a 3D signal beyond 50 ft., 24AWG HDMI cable is also necessary, with a maximum extension of 125 ft. The device connects seamlessly by linking a longer cable between the source and the B123-001, followed by connecting the built-in cable to the monitor. It features a built-in HDMI cable with a latching connector for enhanced security and does not require any software or drivers for operation. The product is HDCP compliant and adheres to the Federal Trade Agreements Act (TAA) for GSA schedule purchases, making it suitable for various commercial applications.
