Ors deep groove ball bearings, commonly referred to as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while functioning efficiently at higher speeds, making them the most widely utilized type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel, these bearings are heat-stabilized to 300°F and adhere to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) with C3 radial clearance. Each bearing undergoes 100% noise testing and is produced to EMQ standards, with in-house forgings and heat treatments ensuring quality. Ors offers double sealed and double shielded bearings equipped with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982 and operating from a 1,000,000 square foot production facility in Ankara, Turkey, Ors Bearings Inc. holds various certifications including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
