Ors deep groove ball bearings, also known as radial ball bearings, are designed to accommodate both radial and axial loads while operating at higher speeds, making them the most widely used type of bearing. Manufactured from AISI 52100 grade steel and heat-stabilized to 300°F, these bearings conform to ABEC 1 tolerance (ISO normal) and feature C3 radial clearance. Each bearing is 100% noise tested and produced to EMQ standards, with all forgings and heat treatment conducted in-house. Ors offers both double sealed and double shielded bearings with snap rings for most sizes. Established in 1982, Ors Bearings Inc. operates from a 1,000,000 square foot facility in Ankara, Turkey, and holds numerous certifications, including ISO 9001:2008, ISO/TS 16949:2009, ISO 14001, ISO/IEC 27001:2005, OHSAS 18001, and Ford Q1.
